UI elements overlap player stack, name, and bounty information

When opening a tournament table, some UI elements overlap the player information, including the player name, chip stack, and bounty amount. This makes the information partially hidden and difficult to read during gameplay. The UI elements should be repositioned so that all player information remains clearly visible.

unable to join a table

I have tried and failed multiple times to sit at a table, a pop up saying “there was an error joining the table” just comes up. Similar to another poster below I have also been on the waitlist when my seat has come up and before I’ve even had a chance to click on confirm my seat has been given/taken by another player. I play on Chrome browser. I emailed your support but have been met with deafening silence

Waitlist Issues

Every time I am on a waitlist and am prompted to join the table the buy in menu hangs (says “Processing”) and I’m unable to join the table. When I leave the screen I’ve lost my place at the table. Essentially I’m not able to join the table off the waitlist. Happening on mobile iOS.

Can't log in after maintenance. I get the security code to my email, but when it has been inserted I'm asked to register again.

Tournament registration failing

I have tried multiple times to enter a tournament & the registration bar will spin like its attempting to register me but after a short delay (maybe 10-20 seconds) I get a message saying “registration failed please try again” This both through the mobile app & mobile web browser

Bet/Raise Any button removed all buttons

Hand 255839a10a8e It was not my turn to act, I selected the ‘Bet/Raise Any’ button which would have forced my opponent all in. My opponent bet, the sound of my raise happened, but the raise itself did not happen. My buttons disappeared and I timed out.

No cards or buttons.

It was not easy playing this hand without cards or buttons to push!

address not being given to fund account

I click on the polygon for funding and no address comes, it just stays waiting. I do the same to try different currencies and no address given to send from my wallet to phenom.

Stack in BBs

In 8-game, if you have your stack set to display in BBs, the stud round shows it in NL bbs, so double what it should be. O8 is back to correct.

Hand Histories arent correct.

Why would two players get two different hand histories? We were discussing the hand and I said I started with J55J and he says no you sucked out on the river. We shared screen shots and the HH is completely wrong.

Waitlist

I am not getting alerts that my seat is open when I am on the Waitlist unless I have the table open. I am using Chrome as my browser.

Correct display of stakes in mixed games

Currently, the blinds in NL and PL games are displayed incorrectly in the mix description. Please fix this.

Hand history replayer is broken

Looking at hand histories don’t really have a point if you can’t see what the other player’s hand is at showdown Also, hand history replayer at mixed games don’t really work at all - a Dramaha 2-7 hand 3d79530ab83e shows all cards throughout the hand instead of just the five Im holding

Filters don't work when using game type tabs

Switching to the mixed game tab and then filtering by micro/medium/high doesn’t show any games

Actions are mislabeled

If you’re the first in a hand to put money in on a street, it’s a bet. Not a raise.
