Bet/Raise Any button removed all buttons

It was not my turn to act, I selected the ‘Bet/Raise Any’ button which would have forced my opponent all in. My opponent bet, the sound of my raise happened, but the raise itself did not happen. My buttons disappeared and I timed out.

    This happened to me 3 times today and I was able to avoid timing out twice by reloading the entire table during the hand. One time it even said that the person next to me raised when I hit the raise button but they actually folded and I timed out.
