Use of Tournament Dollars

There has to be some way to program using the tournament dollars that you have for buy-ins first, and then using your actual balance to cover the rest, yes? I’ve been playing all of the bigger tournaments every day and the occasional satellite on the side, so I’ve accumulated some tournament dollars by bubbling those, but they never get used when I buy into tournaments. They simply sit in my account and I’ll never be able to use them until I bubble another satellite so I have more tournament dollars, or I play a very low buy-in tournament.

Timebanks way too long OFC

I would likely to see these greatly reduced. Every street is given way too much time. Certainly long enough that people, in theory, could plug hands into a solver, both on every individual street but especially when in fantasy land. Every new hand resets the timebank currently, which is absurd. I’ve become very skeptical about a couple different players who set their hands poorly but never make a mistake in fantasy land, even with jokers.

Dramaha High

The only Dramaha High tournament which was scheduled at 08:30 GMT is now gone. Please bring it back on the schedule, or better, schedule more Dramaha High tournaments (and cash games). Or even better - please introduce Sviten Special (also known as Celeste/Celestial), which is a very popular game on the European live circuit. It’s basically the same as Dramaha High, but when one choses to change one card, one get one face up. If you like it, take it. If not, you get another card face down which you have to keep.

PLO 5/6 tournaments. Please consider changing time to 5 Thur to 7 GMT, people in Europe haven't finished work at the currently scheduled time making it difficult to join.

More NL tournaments to cater for European players i.e around 6 or 7 GMT

Automatically leave table when Close table

When you close a table manually, it should automatically exit you from the game (ring games). This currently does not happen.

Print tournament details on the table, such as position/players left.

Clicking extra buttons and loading another windows only results in more lag, causing frustration, often even sits you out. Thank you!

Latency issues when swapping tables

There needs to be some serious fixes to tournaments when combining tables. I had the site lag when taking me to a new table and when I got there I was sitting out and I had founded AK suited… Please look into this ASAP.

Sit and go?

When will options for sit and go play be available? That's over of my favorite styles to play.

Favorite tables

Let me favorite tables, and maybe even select to be notified via text or email when those tables have players (even maybe be able to select to notify if over x number of players).

drill down of limits

Limits are to broad. Let me check box select limits that I want. Also, mix game selection does not appear to show all games that are more than a single game.

No Ding when auto acting

Can you turn off the “ding” to let me know when its my turn if I have selected auto action (“fold” or “raise any”). Also “raise any” does not work if there is a raise in front of me. It should say “raise” or add an additional button so there is a “raise” (if no one has raised in front of me), and “raise any” (raise regardless of raises in front of me).

Kicked from taking a seat.

Was disappointed to get kicked back to the login screen at the start of the tournament on June 22nd and not be able to participate. Was initially offered a seat but seems to have logged me off instead of giving me a seat. Then became difficult to login. Seemed like this was rigged a little as I watched the timer drop down from 7mins to 0mins before I was booted out. Not sure if I would recommend this in future.

make notes in the replayer

Would be nice if one can take notes in the replayer instead of at the actual table only

Remove HU tables

HU tables generate too little rake: bots and top players dominate them, quickly destroying recreational players. Professionals won’t play against each other. Additionally, the lobby looks bad —recreational players struggle to find a table, and they won’t open an empty one. The only ones benefiting from HU tables are a few top players and bots; they don’t even create the appearance of traffic.

Incremental release of deposit bonus is really frustrating

The way that these bonuses unlock in 10% increments is just maddening and frankly feels manipulative and disrespectful to the player base.
