Cheated out of $188USDT
I earned $188.13 in rake backs. I was never informed of this. I stumbled onto it after playing in the free roll but it says that my $188.13 expired. It states it’s available but it’s expired. I received no notification that it was expiring or I would have claimed it. But after all I guess that’s what the site wanted. They probably make $1000s of dollars in unclaimed bonuses that people don’t know about.

Hey Michael, to make this very clear for you, your rakeback does not expire. All rakeback it converted into PHNM tokens which are held in your wallet. You can hold on to them, or redeem them for USDT. Thats up to you.
Judging by what you are saying, you probably had $188.13 in available deposit bonuses still left that you can earn from playing. When you generate enough rake, it is automatically transferred to your Phenom Wallet in $10 increments. You have 45 days to complete your deposit bonuses before they expire. This is standard across ALL sites that offer deposit bonuses, in fact, most only give you 30 days to complete it. You can see all the details related to the deposit bonuses in your Rewards Manager > Bonus tab.

Hey Michael. You are misunderstanding how the deposit bonuses worked. You have not been scammed of $188 in rakeback. Rakeback is paid instantly in your account. Your deposit bonus has a total amount that can be earned. This had a window that it could be earned before expiring. This was communicated across socials and within the rewards manager. This was not funds you had instant access to that could just be claimed it required to be played and then earned. It had not been earned and expired.
